Cell experiment cycle detection
Flow cytometry (Flow Cytometry or Flow Cytomyter, FCM) Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter, FACS is a new technique for determining radioactive chromosomes using laser and laminar flow chambers in the late 1960s. Cell cycle analysis was carried out by FCM by determining the amount of DNA in the cell. After the DNA content was measured, it was automatically analyzed using the cell cycle analysis software equipped with Fcm. The measured cell cycle may be a g0 / g1, the S-phase and G2 / M phase according to the amount of DNA.
Experimental process
