JRD208SNP experiment
Experimental Principles:
[ Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNP) refers to a variation of a single nucleotide on a genome, and has an average of 1000 per 1,000 in human genome. It is a single base transition, a bit of a single base in a particular nucleotide position of genomic DNA, caused a difference between groups and individuals between the populations. Among them, the conversion and the restriction occurrence frequency, the conversion refers to the conversion between the same base, that is, the pyrid, pyrimidine and pyrimidine; the subversion refers to an alternate between the occurrence of sputum and pyrimidine. In fact, the frequency of occurrence of the conversion is mostly, and the SNP appearing in the CG sequence is frequent, and most of which CG is converted to T, the CG is used as a thymine after methylation spontaneously deamination.
